Elite Diesel Injector Nozzles
Our exclusive 8 hole injector nozzles will give you the increase you have been looking for. The OEM injector nozzle is a 6 hole design, by going to an 8 hole design fuel flow can be increased while keeping atomization high. Quicker throttle response, stronger mid-range and more total power can be had with these nozzles. These nozzles are precisely balanced, they are initially machined and then the machining is cleaned up with a final extrude honing. All nozzle kits come with new injector line kits (line, washer, o-ring).
60 hp – Requires our Ported Fuel Rails, and either our Stage 2 Fuel System or Air Dog 165 with Airdog upgrade to see total possible gains.
85 hp – Requires our Stage 2 Pump (HPFP), Ported Fuel Rails, and either our Stage 2 Fuel System or Airdog with Airdog upgrade. These nozzles will allow for over 700rwhp and be smoke free at idle. We recommend our High-Power Compounds with these nozzles.
110 hp – Requires all the same components as the 85 hp units. This combo is the largest nozzle that can be run with the Stage 2 Pump. These nozzle tips slightly haze at idle. We recommend our Max-Power Compounds with these nozzles.
150 hp – These injectors are recommended for competition/hot street use. These injectors require our Twin K16 HPFP Kit to take advantage of extreme horsepower tunes. 1000rwhp is achievable with this nozzle.
200 hp – These injectors are for all out competition. Excessive EGT’s and smoke will result with this nozzle. Requires our Twin K16 HPFP kit. Other requirements are a large turbo setup and/or nitrous.
250 hp – These injectors are for all out competition. Excessive EGT’s and smoke will result with this nozzle. Requires our Twin K16 HPFP kit.
